Dr. Tan Geok Leng
Chairman
Dr. Tan is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience across government and private sectors. He held senior roles at Motorola, Scientific Generics (UK), served as CTO of Singapore’s Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) and was Executive Director at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R). He later founded AiDA Technologies, a FinTech firm with clients in six countries, acquired by Amplify Health in 2023. He holds a PhD from Cambridge and completed executive programmes at Wharton and Singularity University.
Dr. Tang Pen San
Managing Director
With 35+ years in global tech, Dr. Tang has deep expertise in strategy, M&A, and capital raising – leading seven IPOs and raising over US$500M. He was CEO of Flextech Holdings Ltd, with operations in 14 countries, and co-founded ASTI Ltd and P1 Group, where he led a US$250M 4G rollout. He has advised wireless operators globally and holds a PhD in Information Engineering from City University of London, with earlier degrees from the University of Manchester.
Yap Chee Yuen
General Manager
Yap Chee Yuen is a seasoned executive known for leading digital transformation at Surbana Jurong, Resorts World Sentosa, and JTC, earning National Infocomm Awards in both public and private sectors. He previously held senior roles at Acer and JIT Electronics and currently serves as an adjunct professor at SMU. He has chaired national IT advisory boards and was named IT Leader of the Year by the Singapore Computer Society in 2013 and one of ASEAN’s Most Outstanding CIOs by IDG in 2010. He holds First Class Honours in Engineering and an MBA from NUS.
Dr. Sivakumar Viswanathan
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Siva has over 35 years of experience across government and tech sectors. He began at India’s Department of Atomic Energy, then joined Creative Technologies in Singapore. He co-founded CyberAce Inc, later acquired by NAS Transtech, and held senior roles at Singapore’s Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R). He went on to co-found AiDA Technologies, a FinTech firm with clients in six countries, which was acquired by Amplify Health in 2023. Dr. Siva holds a PhD from NUS and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
